The sole shareholder of the company is Polskie Konsorcjum Gospodarcze Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw, which has been operating since 1993, and has been offering customs services since 2008. Currently, as a special purpose company Embetim Sp. z o.o.
Thanks to many years of experience and high competences of the customs agents employed by us, we guarantee high quality of services. We have customs guarantees that allow us to organize clearance in the common transit and final clearance procedure, i.e. release of goods for free circulation.

FAQ
You can use the transit procedure in one of our offices in Koroszczyn or Korczowa, but not only. We also provide transit services at other border crossings or in any country belonging to the WPT convention. Please send us the documents relating to the goods (bill of lading, invoice, specification). Even if we do not have a signed contract for the provision of customs services, we will prepare a customs declaration for you and we will send the number of the declaration in the chosen way (e-mail, text message, any messenger).
Please send cargo documents. For the import procedure, we require, in particular, a commercial invoice and all documents accompanying the shipment. After verification, we will send you the contract to sign and the necessary authorization, we will also determine the amount of customs and fiscal duties. We will make the clearance at any customs office in Poland.
As standard, as with each clearance, we will ask about the goods which the export procedure is to apply to. In this case, we will also ask for a commercial invoice and shipping documents for the shipment. An authorization is required to make a customs declaration under the export procedure. We can perform export customs clearance at any customs office inside the country. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Contact us. We will check whether your goods are subject to border control. Our inspection services can be used at the car terminals in Koroszczyn and Korczowa.
